A 16-year-old boy died after being hit by a freight train in Banning, city police say.
The accident happened at 2:55 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 11, at the San Gorgonio Avenue railroad crossing, just south of Interstate 10.
Police found the victim unconscious...
