A big rig leaked fuel onto a Riverside roadway triggering a SigAlert, CHP officials reported.
The leak was discovered about 5:51 a.m. Thursday, May 12, when the truck was on eastbound Highway 91 west of Van Buren Boulevard, a CHP incident log shows....
