DODGERS: McCarthy has torn UCL, out for the season
LOS ANGELES - When the Dodgers gave free agent right-hander Brandon McCarthy a four-year, $48 million contract, they gambled that the 31-year-old was over the shoulder problems that had plagued his career.
He might be. But his elbow gave out instead....
