BANNING: Brothers facing lewd acts charges bailed out of jail, missed court date
Two Banning brothers charged with sexually abusing a 14-year-old girl bailed out of jail and missed an arraignment hearing Tuesday, June 2.
Alejandro Duarte, 27, is charged with unlawful sex with a minor and lewd acts, according to court documents....
