MORENO VALLEY: Sheriff's Department releases name of homicide victim (UPDATE)
The Riverside County Sheriff's Department released the name of a 19-year-old man who was shot to death Tuesday, April 21, in Moreno Valley.
Rudy Martinez, of Moreno Valley, died in an area hospital Tuesday after being treated for a gunshot wound....
